What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, so we can respond to you. This information is sent by email and is not sold or shared with third parties.
Some tools, like the Energy Planner, save the information you enter only in your own browser's local storage, on your device. It is not sent to our servers unless you separately submit it through a contact form.
Some tools, like our surveys, collect the responses you submit directly, so we can compile results for the organization running that survey.
Verification
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated spam submissions. This may involve a brief, privacy-preserving check run by Cloudflare.
Analytics
We may use cookieless, privacy-focused analytics (Umami) to understand overall visitor traffic. This does not track you individually across other websites.
Your rights
- You can ask us what information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to delete any information you've submitted through a contact form.
- If you used the Energy Planner, you can clear your locally-saved data at any time using the "Clear my saved data" link on that page.
